The Irving Public Library will introduce a new online catalog system on April 9. The system will feature a more user friendly, information rich catalog with a clean, easy-to-understand interface. With the enhanced online catalog, library customers will enjoy many new and expanded services, including Web-based technology features such as RSS feeds, a specialized children’s catalog with visual category choices, streamlined catalog functions, with new and alternate searching capabilities, and access to more electronic resources 24 hours a day.
